The innovative spiral chamber and anti-clogging intermittent vibration system ensures an uninterrupted flow of springs, keeping your production running efficiently and consistently.

Thanks to the funnel positioned on top of the furnace, the freshly coiled parts fall directly in the
oven and into the spiral chamber, where controlled and adjustable intermittent vibrations move
them evenly through the spiral until the heat treatment process is complete.

Built with practicality in mind, the Spiral Oven is lightweight and transportable: its lockable
wheels ensures easy movement around the shop floor, and they secure the positioning during
